The Care4 Breast Cancer 5K is an important fundraising event in my community for Family Health Partnership Clinic.  FHPC provides health care to the uninsured in our county.  All of the proceeds raised are used for breast health education, early diagnosis & screenings, annual exams, preventative care and more!  FHPC is a nonprofit organization that does not rely on state or federal funding and instead relies on grants, foundations, generous donors and events like the Care4.  Together, we can make our community healthier and give everyone HOPE.
